La Ville de Saint-Félicien demande des soumissions pour la reconstruction des trottoirs, des bandes cyclables et de la chaussée désignée sur les rues Notre-Dame, Vaudreuil et Saint‑Jean-Baptiste. Les soumissions devront être reçues au Service de l'aménagement et de l'entretien du territoire (travaux publics) situé au 1209, boulevard du Sacré‑Cœur, bureau 420 (4e étage) à Saint‑Félicien (Québec), G8K 2R5, sous enveloppe cachetée portant la mention SOUMISSION NO 2024-031/P146.2 – RECONSTRUCTION DES TROTTOIRS, BANDES CYCLABLES ET CHAUSSÉE DÉSIGNÉE, et ce, au plus tard à 14 heures (heure locale), le mercredi 22 mai 2024. Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement à la salle du conseil (3e étage), immédiatement après la fin de la période du dépôt des soumissions mentionnée ci-devant. Les entreprises intéressées à présenter une soumission peuvent se procurer une copie des documents d'appel d'offres, selon les tarifs en vigueur du SÉAO ou obtenir des informations supplémentaires en communiquant avec le Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO), entre 8 h 30 et 17 h du lundi au vendredi inclusivement : Téléphone : 1.866.669.7326 (sans frais) 1.514.856.6600 Site internet : www.seao.ca Tout retard dans la transmission de la soumission après l’heure, la date limite et l’endroit indiqué pour la présentation de la soumission entraînera automatiquement la non-conformité et le rejet de la soumission. Les soumissionnaires devront se conformer aux instructions des documents de soumission et la Ville de Saint‑Félicien ne s’engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et ce, sans aucune obligation d’aucune sorte envers le ou les soumissionnaires.
