L’Université de Montréal procède à un appel d’offres dans le but de retenir les services d’un entrepreneur pour réaliser des travaux de réaménagement et de construction devant être effectués au Pavillon Jean-Coutu situé à son Campus de la Montagne. Le présent appel d’offres regroupe deux projets à savoir le : • Le projet 55965 : Amng Salles Cours Pharm -575 • Le projet 55966 : Amng Lab Simu Pharm Atrium-575 Les deux projets devront être réalisés simultanément. Projet 55965 :Démolition de cloisons de gypse; Réfection de cloisons de gype; Ragréage et peinture des murs; Installer nouveaux planchers et plafond; Installation de nouveaux services électriques, mécaniques et réseau; Balancement des systèmes de ventilation; Construction des estrades; Fourniture d’une partie du mobilier; Travaux connexes. Projet 55966 : Construction de nouveaux locaux en structure bois; Réfection de cloisons de gype; Ragréage et peinture des murs; Installer nouveaux planchers et plafond; Installation de nouveaux services électriques, mécaniques et réseaux; Construction de mobilier intégré; Fourniture d’une partie du mobilier; Travaux connexes. L’Entrepreneur s’engage à prendre toutes les mesures nécessaires afin de respecter l’échéancier prévu pour débuter les travaux le ou vers le 13 juin 2024 permettant la prise de procession des locaux par les usagers : • Pour le projet 55965, au plus tard, le 23 aout 2024. • Pour le projet 55966, au plus tard, le 20 décembre 2024.
