L’OMHM procède à un appel d’offres public pour l’ajout de hottes de cuisine et le remplacement de panneaux électriques aux habitations André-Grasset, situé aux 1740, rue Émile-Journault, Montréal, dans l’arrondissement Ahuntsic-Cartierville. Le projet consiste à réaliser tous les travaux conformément aux documents contractuels. Sans s’y limiter, la portée des travaux inclus l’ajout de hottes de cuisine à recirculation d’air avec filtre au charbon dans 60 logements, le remplacement de panneaux électriques dans 45 logements et le déplacement de panneaux électriques dans 15 logements. Les travaux sont en condition d’amiante. Les travaux seront réalisés dans une tour de huit (8) étages construite en 1972. L’immeuble est situé dans l’arrondissement Ahuntsic-Cartierville et comporte 104 logements dédiés aux personnes âgées. Durant les travaux, les logements seront occupés. Une visite des lieux aura lieu le 14 mai 2024 à 10h00 aux 1740, rue Émile-Journault, Montréal, dans l’arrondissement Ahuntsic-Cartierville.
