Le Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux (CIUSSS) du Centre-Ouest-de-l’île-de-Montréal est à la recherche d’une personne consultante en gestion de projets et de changements spécialisée dans le changement technologique. La personne aura la responsabilité d’accompagner les équipes des ressources humaines et cliniques dans la continuité de l’implantation du module de l’autogestion des horaires de Logibec, dans l’implantation de notre nouvelle application de suivis des candidats ainsi que dans l’implantation de notre nouvelles application Sage-RH, en sachant relever les défis de changement de paradigme qu’apporte ces projets. La personne consultante devra faire de la gestion de projets à haut niveau en coordonnant des déploiements simultanés et séquentiels locaux, en respectant des délais très serrés, dans un contexte de changement majeur et de grande complexité. Au cours de chaque déploiement local, la personne consultante sera responsable d’appliquer une stratégie de gestion de changement adaptée aux différentes préoccupations des directions impliqués.
