Description
Le CISSS de l’Outaouais désire changer son système de gestion de la maintenance assistée par ordinateur (GMAO) pour son service du génie biomédical. L’outil recherché doit atteindre les objectifs de services à la clientèle, d’entretien et du maintien des actifs. Ce système doit être une solution infonuagique de type SaaS qui permet de mettre en inventaire des équipements médicaux, conserver leur historique d’intervention (rapport d’intervention) et conserver leur documentation (manuel de service, contrat de service et garantie). Il doit permettre de mettre en inventaire toutes les pièces avec une interface utilisateur conviviale et intuitive.
