Les travaux visés par le présent contrat se situent au parc Dollard-Des Ormeaux, 907, rue Raoul-Jobin, G1N 4S4, dans l'arrondissement de La Cité-Limoilou, et au parc de Bélair, 3110, avenue Notre-Dame, G2G 0C4, dans l’arrondissement de Sainte-Foy-Sillery-Cap-Rouge, et comprennent, sans s’y limiter : Fournir tous les matériaux, les équipements et la main-d'oeuvre nécessaires pour une réalisation complète d’aménagement paysager des sites et réfection des terrains de volleyball au parc Dollard-Des Ormeaux et du terrain de baseball au parc de Bélair, comme décrit dans la portée des travaux dans le cahier des charges d'exécution, les plans et le technique devis. *** ATTENTION : La Ville a introduit, dans cet appel d'offres, de nouvelles exigences relatives aux garanties (cautionnements) lorsque le fournisseur manque à ses obligations contractuelles. Merci de porter une attention particulière aux articles intitulés « GARANTIE DE SOUMISSION », « GARANTIE D’EXÉCUTION » et « GARANTIE DE PAIEMENT DE LA MAIN-D’OEUVRE ET DE MATÉRIAUX » dans les documents d'appel d'offres.
