NOM DE LA SECTION: Numéro SOUSTRACTION: 3421 AJOUT: 3521 DATE DE LA MODIFICATION: 31 mai 2024 Le présent appel d’offres a pour objet de retenir les services d’entrepreneur en chauffage, ventilation et/ou climatisation pour des travaux à exécution sur demande, ainsi que les entretiens biannuels des divers équipements mentionnés aux annexes A, B & C. Plus précisément, le mandat consiste à fournir au Collège un service de main-d’œuvre indépendante pour certains travaux de chauffage, de réfrigération et de CVCA. Les travaux seront exécutés sur demande, sur une base horaire et supervisée par le service de l’environnement physique du Collège. Les soumissionnaires peuvent soumissionner sur l’un ou l’entièreté des lots. Les lots seront attribués séparément. Un SOUMISSIONNAIRE doit cependant soumissionner sur l’entièreté du lot, c’est-à-dire la portion entretien préventif et la portion service à exécution sur demande, pour être admissible.
