Appel d'offres # 2023-1017-AO Projet # 2018-073 Une visite des lieux non obligatoire est prévue le 4 juin 2024 à 9:00. Le point de rassemblement pour cette visite est fixé au 304 boulevard cartier O, en la ville de Laval, province de Québec, H7N 2J2. Le présent projet consiste à : Le présent projet consiste à remplacer le revêtement de plancher dans plusieurs bureaux, corridors et espaces communs du bâtiment administratif du Centre de Jeunesse de Laval. L’entrepreneur doit prendre en considération que ce bâtiment est un hôpital et demeure occupé pendant la durée des travaux. Les activités du bâtiment sont en continues 24h/24, 7 jours par semaine. Pour assurer une cohabitation permettant la continuité des soins, l’entrepreneur devra prendre connaissance des méthodes à suivre pour le phasage des travaux, les coupures de services,les installations temporaires et autres instructions spécifiques à un ouvrage en milieu hospitalier. Se référer aux documents suivants : Clauses complémentaires au contrat, (i.e. « CCC »), régie et contrat.
