Description
BAnQ désire obtenir les services d’un prestataire pour de services de numérisation de négatifs, de périodiques et de journaux, destinés à enrichir ses collections numériques diffusées sur son site Internet. Trois (3) lots de documents sont visés par cet appel d’offres pour les services de numérisation (voir le point 6 du présent document pour une description complète) : Lot 1 Négatifs 35 mm à l’unité ou en bande (40 000 images); Lot 2 Documents sur support opaque de format A4 (113 000 pages); Lot 3 Documents sur support opaque de format A2 (70 000 pages). Un soumissionnaire intéressé peut déposer une offre sur l’ensemble des lots ou uniquement sur le(s) lot(s) de son choix. Le prestataire de services retenu par lot est celui qui rencontrera toutes les exigences décrites dans la grille au point 14 du présent document, et ce, au plus bas prix. La totalité des quantités doivent être livrées selon le calendrier suivant : Lot 1, Négatifs 35 mm à l’unité ou en bande (40 000 images) : au plus tard le 25 mars 2026; Lot 2, Documents sur support opaque de format A4 (113 000 pages) : au plus tard le 25 mars 2025; Lot 3, Documents sur support opaque de format A2 (70 000 pages) : au plus tard le 25 mars 2026.
