Le mandat consiste à effectuer la rénovation de 18 unités de logement ou bâtiments situés dans la communauté de Kuujjuaq, au Nunavik. La description détaillée des travaux à effectuer se trouve à l’Annexe D. Des travaux en structures électromécanique du bâtiment incluant chauffage et ventilation, en plomberie, en protection incendie, en menuiserie, en ébénisterie et peinture. L’entrepreneur à l’obligation d’utiliser les corps de métier appropriés en lien avec les normes et lois de la construction en vigueur au Québec. Travaux de chauffage et plomberie exigés dans ce projet. L’entrepreneur doit fournir les cartes de compétence de tous ses employés ou sous-traitants avant le début des travaux. L’entrepreneur à l’obligation de respecter la période et la durée maximale autorisé pour la réalisation du projet. (P.1 du présent document)
