Le DONNEUR D’ORDRE, Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC), offre des services de transport en commun régulier dans l'agglomération de Québec. Il a également la responsabilité d'assurer le transport adapté, qu'il délègue au Service de transport adapté de la Capitale (STAC). Grâce au DONNEUR D’ORDRE, des milliers de personnes peuvent se déplacer partout sur le territoire desservi, à un coût raisonnable, pour travailler, étudier ou participer à la vie sociale de la région. Le DONNEUR D’ORDRE assure la mobilité des personnes sur son territoire en offrant du transport collectif et en favorisant l’intégration des différentes solutions de déplacement. Le DONNEUR D’ORDRE désire acquérir de nouveaux équipements de sécurité Fortinet afin de compléter le déploiement de la redondance des liens internet entre ses DEUX (2) centres de données principaux, soit le Centre Lebourgneuf situé au 720 des Rocailles, Québec (Québec) G2J 1A5 et le Centre Métrobus situé au 7555 rue Armand-Viau Nord, Québec (Québec) G2C 0G6. Les équipements à acquérir sont QUATRE (4) pare-feux Fortigate 600F configurés en haute disponibilité.
