Le ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable, requiert, par le présent appel d'offres, des soumissions dans le but d'octroyer un contrat ferme pour l'acquisition d'appareil géoradar pour la Direction générale du laboratoire des chaussées , le tout, selon le devis, la norme et les spécifications faisant partie des documents d'appel d'offres. Les documents d'appel d'offres sont disponibles uniquement par le système électronique SEAO. L'ouverture des soumissions aura lieu à la salle des soumissions de Québec, au 2e étage, salle 2.51 à l'adresse mentionnée ci-haut. Le Ministère se réserve le droit de n'accepter aucune des soumissions reçues, notamment lorsqu'il juge que les prix soumis sont trop élevés ou disproportionnés ou ne reflètent pas un juste prix.
