Description sommaire Le Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Montérégie-Est (CISSSME) et le Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Montérégie-Centre (CISSSMC) désirent acquérir des appareil de mammographie numérique avec tomosynthèse pour les départements de la radiologie de l’Hôpital Pierre-Boucher, de l’hôpital de Charles-Le Moyne et de l’hôpital du Haut-Richelieu:   ·         Deux (2) Appareils de mammographie numérique avec tomosynthèse (mandat ferme (Hôpital Pierre-Boucher et l'hôpital de Charles-Le Moyne)) ·         Un (1) Appareil de mammographie numérique avec tomosynthèse (mandat d’intention (Hôpital du Haut-Richelieu)) Les équipements soumissionnés devront être neufs et devront faire état notamment d’exigences minimales de performance et de la plus récente technologie.   Les caractéristiques requises sont énoncées dans l’onglet « section A – conformité technique » du présent formulaire. Les questionnaires doivent être remplis pour chaque équipement proposé. De plus, le Soumissionnaire devra fournir les documents techniques pertinents (brochures, homologation, manuel de nettoyage/retraitement et etc.). Les propositions seront évaluées pour le rapport qualité-prix selon le prix ajusté le plus bas.   N.B.Une offre sera rejetée si les caractéristiques essentielles énoncées dans la présente section ne sont pas respectées.
