Un bâtiment modulaire d’une superficie approximative de 350 m² sera loué et érigé sur un site rectangulaire asphalté d’approximativement 880 m² (40 m x 22 m) situé dans le Parc Robert-Sauvé de l’arrondissement Sainte-Geneviève (15734 Rue de la Caserne, Montréal, QC H9H 1G4). Ce bâtiment doit pouvoir accueillir minimalement 132 occupants et sera composé de quatre salles de classe d’une superficie approximative de 70 m² chacune, d’un corridor central ainsi que d’une pièce de service (salle mécanique/électrique/rangement), le tout sur un seul étage.
