    Les travaux visés par le présent contrat se situent au 929, avenue Roland-Beaudin, dans l’arrondissement de Sainte-Foy-Sillery-Cap-Rouge, et comprennent, sans s’y limiter : Excavation des remblais au-dessus de la pataugeoire; Enlever des drains agricoles existants placés sur la pataugeoire dans les remblais à excaver; Démolition de la pataugeoire en béton armé; Mise en place de couches de remblais compactés; Aménagement extérieur du site de la pataugeoire en indiquant les pentes, les matériaux de surface, les principes de drainage et les raccordements aux services publics (si requis); Ragréage de toutes surfaces existantes à conserver (pavé de béton, bandes de propreté du bâtiment, chemin d’accès, etc.); Désaffecter les conduites de drainage et d’alimentation du bassin (plomberie). Il est important de noter que le réaménagement d'autres parties du parc, ainsi que les structures telles que le bâtiment sanitaire et la scène extérieure, ne font pas partie du présent projet.
