AVIS D’APPEL D’OFFRES Date d’émission : 25 septembre 2024   OBJET : CONTRAT NO 2024-2231, SE RAPPORTANT À L’ACQUISITION ET L’INSTALLATION DE LOCAUX PRÉFABRIQUÉS POUR BUREAUX ADMINISTRATIFS AU GARAGE MUNICIPAL   L’appel d’offres concerne l’acquisition et l’installation de locaux préfabriqués pour bureaux administratifs au garage municipal situé au 740, chemin de la Grande-Côte à Boisbriand.   Les soumissions sous pli cacheté portant le numéro de contrat ci-haut mentionné devront être reçues avant 11 h 00, heure locale, le vendredi 25 octobre 2024 à l’adresse suivante :   VILLE DE BOISBRIAND Service juridique et greffe 940, boulevard de la Grande-Allée, bureau 120 Boisbriand (Québec) J7G 2J7   Les soumissions seront ouvertes publiquement le vendredi 25 octobre 2024à 11 h, heure locale.   Toutes les conditions pertinentes sont décrites dans les documents d’appel d’offres qui doivent être obtenus par l’entremise du système électronique d’appel d’offres (SÉAO) au www.seao.gouv.qc.ca.   Seules seront acceptées les soumissions provenant d’un entrepreneur ou d’un fournisseur ayant un établissement au Québec ou qui ont un établissement dans un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental de libéralisation des marchés applicable à la Ville.   La Ville de Boisbriand ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions reçues, ni à encourir aucune obligation ni aucun frais d’aucune sorte envers le ou les soumissionnaire(s).   Me Alexia Salvatore LL.B., J.D., LL.M.
