    Description
We require a machine capable of sorting cells based on size and/or fluorescent label.  The purpose of this is to purify specific cell populations to enable growth of these cells.  We use human-derived stems cells as well neuronal subtypes derived from these stem cells.   Florescent reporters are engineered endogenously in cells, but we also used antibodies targeting cell membrane proteins to aid in cell isolation.
