Description
La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (la « Sépaq ») souhaite retenir les services d’un ou de fournisseur(s) intéressé(s) à offrir, sur demande, des services professionnels d’audit interne (les « Services »). L’appel d’offres comporte huit (8) lots :  • Lot A : Suivi de projets - Ressources informationnelles • Lot B : Suivi des projets d’infrastructures • Lot C : Enveloppe pour les mandats-conseils et ad hoc • Lot D : Suivi des plans d’action • Lot E : Processus annuel de planification • Lot F : Conformité aux normes internationales d’audit interne et préparation à la revue qualité externe • Lot G : Processus de gouvernance, gestion des risques et contrôle • Lot H : Gestion des risques de vols et de fraudes Le soumissionnaire peut présenter une soumission pour un lot ou plus d’un. Les Services seront fournis conformément aux conditions générales et particulières. Le Contrat sera pour une durée de trois (3) ans, soit du 1er décembre 2024 au 30 novembre 2027, avec possibilité de renouvellement, pour deux (2) périodes additionnelles d’un (1) an chacune, conformément aux termes du Contrat. Toutefois, les contrats visant les lots F, G et H ne sont toutefois pas renouvelables.
