Le présent appel d’offres vise à retenir les services d’une équipe pluridisciplinaire pour réaliser une étude d’impact sur l’environnement (ÉIE) pour un projet de protection des berges contre l’érosion côtière et la submersion à Sainte-Anne-des-Monts. Cette ÉIE doit être réalisée selon les critères et exigences décrites dans le document « Directive pour la réalisation d’une étude d’impact sur l’environnement », ainsi que les annexes pertinentes. Le Prestataire de services doit réaliser l’ÉIE en entier et devra être disponible pour accompagner la Ville et ses collaborateurs jusqu’à l’émission du décret du conseil des ministres. Il doit aussi être disponible pour accompagner la Ville et ses collaborateurs pour les consultations au BAPE, le cas échéant.
