Description
Le CSSMB souhaite retenir les services d’un seul entrepreneur pour la mise aux normes des différents systèmes d’éclairage d’urgence dans les établissements de son territoire. L’adjudicataire devra fournir toute la main-d’oeuvre nécessaire ainsi que l’outillage, les pièces et les matériaux requis pour le remplacement et la réparation de l’éclairage d’urgence selon les normes suivantes : CAN/CSA-C282 et NFPA-110. S’il y a contradiction entre les normes, l’adjudicataire devra utiliser la directive la plus restrictive. Les 53 établissements dans lesquels les travaux sont requis ont été regroupés en 3 secteurs. Secteur nord : 22 bâtiments / Secteur sud : 17 bâtiments / Secteur ouest : 14 bâtiments La liste complète des établissements et la description des travaux sont présentées à l’annexe A- Liste des établissements et des réparations du présent Devis technique. Le type de matériel à fournir ainsi que les quantités, pour chaque établissement, sont indiqués dans cette annexe. Ces informations permettent de guider le soumissionnaire dans l’élaboration de son prix forfaitaire « matériaux » et « main d’oeuvre ».
