Description
Dans le cadre du projet de modernisation du milieu de travail de l’édifice Jean-Talon, le Ministère du Conseil exécutif (ci-après appelé MCE) procède à l’acquisition de mobilier actuel, ergonomique et standardisé. Par la présente, le MCE invite des fournisseurs à soumissionner pour la fourniture et l’installation de mobilier de bureau. La présente démarche a pour but d’aménager environ 181 bureaux complets et quatorze espaces collaboratifs. L’ensemble du mobilier à acquérir s’inscrit dans un environnement de travail de type exécutif. Il inclut les items suivants : Bureaux ajustables pour les aires ouvertes; Bureau exécutif ajustable; Tables sur roulettes; Paravents. Le fournisseur doit se référer au bordereau de soumission à l’annexe 3 (voir fichier Excel) pour connaître les quantités de chaque item ainsi que les détails reliés aux six (6) phases de livraison.
