Description
Dans le cadre du projet de modernisation du milieu de travail de l’édifice Jean-Talon, le ministère du Conseil exécutif (ci-après appelé MCE) procède à l’acquisition de mobilier actuel, ergonomique, et standardisé. Par la présente, le MCE invite des fournisseurs à soumissionner pour la fourniture et l’installation de mobilier de bureau collaboratif. La présente démarche a pour but d’aménager environ 33 espaces collaboratifs. L’ensemble du mobilier à acquérir s’inscrit dans un environnement de travail collaboratif. Il inclut les items suivants : Tables de réunion; Tables basses; Tables d’appoint; Tables rondes; Comptoirs simples et doubles. Le fournisseur doit se référer au bordereau de soumission à l’annexe 3 pour connaître les quantités de chaque item ainsi que les détails reliés aux six (6) phases de livraison.
