Les Services alimentaires de l'université de Montréal sont à la recherche d’un fournisseur capable d’offrir d’excellents prix, un service de qualité et un éventail de fruits et légumes avec qui développer un partenariat financier qui tienne compte des objectifs de l’Université tout en lui permettant de répondre avec transparence à certaines préoccupations de l’Université en termes de promotion de saines habitudes de vie et de développement durable.   Pour répondre à ses besoins récurrents, l’Université souhaite adjuger un contrat à commandes à un fournisseur étant en mesure : ·       d’assurer un rôle de vigie du marché alimentaire en proposant des produits représentant le meilleur rapport qualité/prix; ·       de nous aider à réduire notre coût de revient;   Le fournisseur retenus devra desservir la cafétéria de l’Université de Montréal.
