APPEL D'OFFRES PUBLICS   Soumission transmise par voie électronique :   La Ville de Westmount accepte désormais les soumissions par voie électronique. Celles-ci doivent être soumises en format PDF, regroupées en un seul fichier, via le site officiel des appels d’offres du gouvernement du Québec, le Système électronique d’appels d’offres (SEAO) : https://seao.gouv.qc.ca.   Les documents doivent être chiffrés, transmis, horodatés et sauvegardés sur les serveurs du SEAO avant la date et l’heure limites spécifiées dans l’avis.
