L’objet du contrat à exécution sur demandes vise les services d’entretien sanitaire des bâtiments de l’Université Laval se trouvant sur le campus universitaire, excluant les résidences.  La période du contrat sera de sa date d’adjudication au 30 avril 2030, mais la prestation des services débutera le 1er mai 2025. L’appel d’offres se divise en trois lots (les pavillons du secteur est du campus, les pavillons du secteur ouest du campus et les installations sportives). Il est à noter qu'une visite des lieux et la séance d'information est OBLIGATOIRE pour soumissionner.
