L’Institut de Cardiologie de Montréal recherche un fournisseur de services capable de prendre en charge la gestion déléguée de son environnement de bureaux, postes de travail et bureaux virtuels (IBV) utilisant les technologies Citrix, Dell Wyse 5070 et Microsoft. Le fournisseur doit assurer la planification, la conception, l'architecture, la configuration et l’évolution de cet environnement. Il sera également responsable des tâches quotidiennes d’administration, de surveillance, d’installation de mises à jour mineures et majeures, ainsi que du soutien technique de niveau 3 et de la formation du personnel.
