Le présent appel d’offres a pour but d’obtenir une soumission, à prix forfaitaire, visant à fournir la main-d’oeuvre, les matériaux et l’équipement nécessaire pour réaliser les travaux décrit brièvement à l’appel d’offres, au Sommaire des travaux du devis descriptif, section 01 11 00, le cas échéant, et en détail aux documents d’appel d’offres et ce, aux termes d'un contrat à forfait. L'ouvrage devra être substantiellement achevé dans un délai de 6 semaines suivant l’autorisation écrite du propriétaire de débuter les travaux, même si celle-ci ne concorde pas avec la date de signature du contrat. La livraison complète de l'ouvrage devra être faite avant le 5 septembre 2025.
