INSTALLATION VISÉE PAR LES TRAVAUX Hôpital Anna-Laberge Situé au 200, boulevard Brisebois, Châteauguay (Québec) J6K 4W8   DESCRIPTION SOMMAIRE DU PROJET Le CISSS de la Montérégie-Ouest requiert des services de construction pour le projet "Remplacement des compresseurs de la centrale d’air comprimé médical" à l’Hôpital Anna-Laberge. Les travaux inclus, sans s'y limiter; ·         Le démantèlement des équipements existants; ·         L'installation et la mise en services de la nouvelle centrale d'air comprimé médical; ·         Le remplacement des panneaux d'alarmes; ·         Tous autres travaux connexes, tel que présentés dans les plans et devis techniques.   L'Entrepreneur devra tenir compte que les travaux sont exécutés dans un bâtiment occupé. Les travaux devront être réalisés par phases afin de réduire le nombre et la durée des coupures de services pour l’Établissement.   VISITE DES LIEUX Pendant la période d’appel d’offres, le Gestionnaire de projet organisera une visite d’information à Hôpital Anna-Laberge le 9 février 2026, à 10h00 AM. Le point de rencontre sera à l’entrée principale du bâtiment (à côté du comptoir d’information). Tous les soumissionnaires, entrepreneurs et sous-traitants seront considérés comme ayant visité les lieux et aucune réclamation pour manque de connaissance des lieux ne pourra être soumise ni acceptée.   Question ou demande de précision: Toute question ou demande de précision sur un aspect quelconque de l'Appel d'Offres ou des Documents d'Appel d'Offres doit être transmise par courriel, spécifier le numéro et le titre de l'Appel d'Offres ((25-4408-AO-C)) et être adressée au gestionnaire du dossier identifié au début des présentes.
