L’avis présente l’intention du CHUM, par l’entremise de Santé Québec, de conclure un contrat de gré à gré pour l’acquisition de : Deux (2) systèmes d’aphérèse du sang Spectra Optia Deux (2) dispositifs de réchauffement du sang et de perfusion Astotherm Plus Une (1) formation technique complète pour un (1) technicien de génie biomédical Ce contrat est assorti d’un contrat de consommables d’une durée de 5 ans. L’avis précise que Terumo est le fournisseur envisagé, car il est le seul à répondre aux besoins techniques, opérationnels et de formation identifiés. L’avis n’est pas un appel d’offres, mais une publication d’intention permettant à d’autres fournisseurs potentiels de manifester leur intérêt et de démontrer leur capacité à satisfaire toutes les exigences techniques et réglementaires décrites dans l’avis et son annexe
