    Le projet de Réaffectation des espaces libérés (RÉAFF) est un vaste projet de réaménagement des pavillons Roger-Gaudry et Marie-Victorin, deux bâtiments rénovés présentement en construction. Ces pavillons sont situés dans le Campus de la Montagne de l’Université de Montréal. Pour le pavillon Marie-Victorin, les systèmes audiovisuels doivent être livrés et installés sur plusieurs mois selon l’échéancier du projet de construction, qui couvre la période entre juin 2026 et septembre 2026. Les services requis incluent la conception, l’acquisition, l’installation, la programmation et la mise en marche d’équipements audiovisuels pour ses salles de classe, salles de réunion et de travail d’équipe, laboratoires d’enregistrement et tout autre espace incluant des installations permanentes audiovisuelles et multimédias dans le projet de la RÉAFF. L’appel d’offres est divisé en 2 lots : • LOT 1 : La fourniture et l'installation des systèmes audiovisuels pour les salles de classe et de réunion, les écrans de présentation ainsi que l’affichage numérique public. • LOT 2 : La fourniture et l'installation des systèmes audiovisuels pour les laboratoires d’enregistrement vidéo.
