Description
La direction générale des ressources informationnelles et de la transformation numérique (DGRITN) a pour mandat de piloter la modernisation et la transformation numérique du ministère. Elle conduit actuellement plusieurs projets majeurs en plus de d’autres à venir, nécessitant l’apport de ressources spécialisées. La DGRITN désire s’adjoindre à un ou plusieurs prestataires de service pour avoir recours à des ressources externes.  Ainsi, un total de 14 profils de ressources spécialisées a été identifié pour répondre à des besoins ciblés et ponctuels, permettant de poursuivre les projets en cours et de soutenir la réalisation de ceux à venir à court terme.
