AVIS D'APPEL D'OFFRES ​ La Ville de Saint-Georges demande des soumissions pour le déneigement des rues, des glissières de sécurité et des bandes piétonnières de Saint-Georges pour la zone 2. ​ Durée du contrat/calendrier des prestations Durée: Du 1 octobre 2026 au 15 mai 2031​ ​ Calendrier: 60 mois​ ​ Renouvellement: Aucun​ ​ Procédure ouverte d'attribution Le contrat est attribué au soumissionnaire ayant présenté la soumission conforme avec le prix proposé le plus bas. ​ Transmission, réception et ouverture des soumissions Les soumissions devront être reçues avant 10h, le 15 mai 2026. L'ouverture publique des soumissions suivra. ​ Les heures d'ouverture du lieu de réception indiqué ci-dessous sont les suivantes : Lundi au vendredi de 8h à 12h et de 13h à 16h ​ Service du greffe 11700, boulevard Lacroix Saint-Georges (Qc) G5Y 1L3 ​ Les résultats de la présente demande de soumissions seront publiés dans le SEAO. ​ Égalité des soumissions En cas d’égalité, le contrat est adjugé par tirage au sort. ​ Réserve La Ville de Saint-Georges ne s'engage à accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune des soumissions reçues. ​ Accord intergouvernemental applicable L’Appel d’offres est assujetti aux accords suivants : - Accord de commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario(ACCQO); - Accord de libre‑échange canadien(ALEC); - Accord économique et commercial global (AECG) entre le Canada et l’Union européenne.
