Canada Province de Québec Municipalité de Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan   AVISDE PROCÉDURE D’ATTRIBUTION DU CONTRAT Conception - construction   L’Organisme municipal, situé dans la région administrative de la Mauricie, réalise une procédure ouverte avec attribution d’un contrat suivant un système d’évaluation globale des critères sans discussions et négociations pour un projet de préau pour patinoire extérieure en mode conception-construction. L’Organisme municipal dispose d’un budget de 900 000 $ plus taxes et tous les prix soumis incluent la rémunération complète pour la réalisation de ce projet de type conception-construction. Les soumissions seront reçues dans une enveloppe scellée clairement identifiée au projet avant le mardi 19 mai 2026 à 11 h 00, au 30, rue Saint-Charles, Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan (Québec), G0X 2R0. Seuls les soumissionnaires ayant un établissement au Canada sont admissibles à soumissionner. Pour tout renseignement concernant cette procédure d’attribution d’un contrat, le Soumissionnaire doit communiquer, par courriel avec le Représentant autorisé de l’organisme municipal suivant: François Hénault Municipalité de Sainte-Geneviève-de-Batiscan francoishenault@stegenevieve.cac.c. A-O@techni-onsultant.com       Les soumissionnaires doivent se procurer les documents de la procédure d’attribution du contrat sur le système électronique d’appel d’offres approuvé par le gouvernement du Québec (SEAO).   Une garantie de soumission au montant minimal de 10 % de la valeur totale de la soumission doit accompagner la soumission.   L’Organisme municipal ne s’engage à accepter aucune des soumissions et n’encourt aucuns frais et aucune responsabilité envers le ou les soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions ou du retranchement de certaines parties du contrat. Aucun contrat n’est adjugé si les règlements nécessaires au financement des travaux n’ont pas toutes les autorisations ou acceptations nécessaires.
