ET TITRE DU PROJET :    2026-011-AO-GIR - Services ponctuels de contrôle antiparasitaire - Divers logements de la SHDM CATÉGORIE : Contrat de Services DESCRIPTIF : Le présent appel d’offres public vise à fournir des services de contrôle antiparasitaire sur demande pour des traitements ponctuels et pour des visites d’inspection et de dépistage afin de prévenir et empêcher la propagation des insectes, rongeurs et autres organismes indésirables dans les logements des immeubles de la SHDM, répartis sur le territoire de la ville de Montréal (environ 4 906 logements). MODE D’ADJUDICATION : Selon le plus bas prix conforme DATE ET LIEU DE RÉCEPTION : 26 mai 2026 avant 10 h 30 au 800, boul. De Maisonneuve Est, bureau 2200, Montréal, province de Québec, H2L 4L8 GARANTIES : La Soumission devra être accompagnée des documents suivants : Une garantie de soumission d’une valeur de 20 000 $ ; Une lettre d’intention de cautionnement d’exécution d’une valeur de 20 000 $. VISITE DES LIEUX : Aucune visite des lieux n’est prévue dans le cadre du présent appel d’offres.
