Description
La MRC de Témiscamingue demande des soumissions pour l’entretien hivernal des chemins municipaux à Laniel pour l’année 2026-2027. Les travaux comprennent l’ouverture et le sablage des chemins d’hiver sur une longueur de 23 km. Le contrat est d’une durée d’un (1) an, soit du 1er novembre 2026 au 30 avril 2027. Les entreprises ainsi que les personnes intéressées à présenter une soumission peuvent se procurer une copie des documents d’appel d’offres, selon les tarifs en vigueur du Système électronique d’appel d’offres (SEAO). Les soumissions seront complétées sur le bordereau de soumission préparé à cet effet dans une enveloppe cachetée portant la mention : « Soumission – Entretien hivernal des chemins dans T.N.O. Laniel », et reçues physiquement au bureau de la MRC de Témiscamingue situé au 21, rue Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, bureau 209, Ville-Marie (Québec) J9V 1X8. Le soumissionnaire a la responsabilité de s’assurer que sa soumission parvienne dans les délais fixés au bon bureau. Les soumissions seront reçues jusqu’à 15 h, le lundi 8 juin 2026 et seront ouvertes dans les minutes qui suivront en présence des soumissionnaires présents. Seuls les noms des soumissionnaires et les prix soumis seront divulgués. Toutes les soumissions reçues après le délai fixé seront retournées sans avoir été ouvertes. La MRC de Témiscamingue se réserve le droit, à son entière discrétion, d’accepter ou de refuser une ou toutes les soumissions reçues. La MRC de Témiscamingue n’est pas tenue d’accepter ni la plus basse ni aucune autre des soumissions.   Donné à Ville-Marie, au bureau de la MRC de Témiscamingue, ce 1e jour du mois de mai 2026.
