Description
Le Centre de services scolaire des Premières-Seigneuries désire retenir les services d'un entrepreneur en construction pour la rénovation partielle de la toiture à l'école secondaire le Sommet située au 120, rue de la Polyvalente, Québec (Québec)  G2N 1G8. Vous trouverez les détails de la visite des lieux non obligatoire dans les documents d'appel d'offres. L’entrepreneur ou son sous-traitant doit, suite à l’adjudication et au cours des travaux, être reconnu officiellement comme entrepreneur couvreur autorisé par le fabricant des matériaux d’étanchéité et être membre en règle de l’ « Association des Maîtres Couvreurs du Québec » (AMCQ). Description sommaire des travaux: - Réfection partielle de la toiture pour les bassins B-1, B-2, C-2, D-1 et D-2. - Les bassins B-2 et C-2 recevront un nouveau système de toiture ; les autres bassins feront l'objet d'un ressurfaçage. - De nouveaux parapets seront construits, puisque les parapets en bois existants ne sont pas conformes au CNB (Code national du bâtiment). - Un nouveau cabanon à persiennes sera construit. - Il y aura un nouveau revêtement métallique sur les murs adjacents aux bassins. - Certaines fenêtres seront retirées et réinstallées afin de refaire l'étanchéité. - Installation de nouveaux joints de contrôle aux jonctions des bâtiments. - Installation d'ancrages de sécurité.
