Description
La Municipalité de Saint-Mathieu-de-Rioux procède à un appel d’offres pour le service de déneigement et d’entretien hivernal du réseau routier municipal d’une longueur approximative de 53,3 kilomètres, et ce, pour les hivers 2026-27, 2027-28 et 2028-29. Les soumissionnaires doivent se procurer les documents d’appel d’offres sur le site du SÉAO (SEAO). Les frais sont fixés selon la tarification établie par le SÉAO. Les garanties financières et d’autres exigences spécifiques sont inscrites dans les documents d’appel d’offres. Seules sont autorisées à soumissionner les personnes, sociétés ou compagnies ayant leur principale place d’affaires au Québec ou dans une province ou un territoire visé par un accord intergouvernemental applicable au présent contrat. Le présent contrat est assujetti à l’Accord du commerce et de coopération entre le Québec et l’Ontario (ACCQO), à l’Accord de libre-échange canadien (ALEC), à l’Accord économique et commercial global (AECG) et à l’Accord de libre-échange canadien. Les soumissions scellées devront être déposées au bureau municipal situé au 1 Rue du Moulin, Saint-Mathieu-de-Rioux (Québec), G0L 3T0, avant 11h00, le 12 juin 2026, date et heure de l’ouverture des soumissions. La Municipalité ne s’engage à accepter ni la soumission la plus basse, ni aucune des soumissions reçues, et elle décline toute responsabilité à l’égard de l’un ou l’autre des soumissionnaires en cas de rejet de toutes les soumissions. Le contrat est adjugé sur décision du conseil de la Municipalité, à sa seule discrétion, et la Municipalité ne peut être liée d’aucune autre façon que par une résolution de son conseil.
