    Le Réseau de transport de la Capitale (ci-après l’« OPTC ») assure la prestation des services de transport en commun sur le territoire de l’agglomération de Québec. À ce titre, il est également responsable d’offrir du transport adapté par l’entremise du Service de transport adapté de la Capitale (STAC). L’OPTC permet ainsi à un grand nombre d’usagers de se déplacer sur l’ensemble du territoire desservi, à un coût raisonnable. Il veille à assurer la mobilité des personnes en proposant une offre de transport collectif efficiente et en favorisant l’intégration des différentes solutions de déplacement. Pour plus d’informations : http://www.rtcquebec.ca/ Dans un contexte marqué par l’arrivée de projets structurants, notamment le développement du tramway de Québec, ainsi que par la multiplication de projets en cours et à venir, l’OPTC souhaite se doter d’un outil de gestion de projets adapté à la nouvelle réalité de l’organisation. Cet outil doit permettre une gestion efficace et intégrée, tant pour les projets en technologies de l’information que des projets d’infrastructure.
