La Ville de Trois-Rivières demande des soumissions dans le cadre de son projet 6000-25-006 concernant les services professionnels pour la réalisation d’une stratégie de planification et de développement industriel incluant, sans s’y limiter, les éléments suivants : • Un portrait et diagnostic de la structure économique, du territoire et des usages et activités industrielles; • Une analyse détaillée des espaces et fonctions industrielles sur le territoire de la ville incluant un diagnostic ciblé et l’évaluation des opportunités; • La proposition des stratégies d’intervention pour le développement et la consolidation du territoire industriel pour les 25 prochaines années; • L’élaboration d’une vision territoriale et régionale du développement et de l’encadrement territorial de l’ensemble des fonctions et activités industrielles.
