Le CSSRDS souhaite octroyer un contrat de construction pour des travaux de remplacement des linteaux incluant la réfection de maçonnerie d'une partie de l'aile A ainsi que la reconstruction d'une rampe d'accès.  La phase 1 des travaux est prévue du 22 juin au 21 août 2026 et la phase 2 est prévue du 21 juin 2027 et le 20 août 2027.
