1.1 TRAVAUX VISÉS PAR LES DOCUMENTS CONTRACTUELS .1 Les Travaux faisant l'objet du présent Contrat, soit la rénovation de l’agora de l’école secondaire Serge Bouchard, et faire aussi la rénovation de la place publique à côté de l’agora et situé au 640, Boulevard Blanche, Baie-Comeau, comprennent, sans s’y limiter, les permis, la fourniture et l’installation des Produits, l’entreposage, les échafaudages et les abris conformes aux règles de sécurité, la maind’oeuvre, l’outillage, l’équipement, le transport et la surveillance nécessaires à l’exécution des Travaux, le tout conformément au Cahier des charges et aux conditions applicables des Documents contractuels, y compris les Ouvrages sous-entendus requis et nécessaires au parachèvement complet des Travaux.
