    Description
    Santé Québec Chaudière-Appalaches désire conclure un contrat de gré à gré avec le fournisseur de transport de colis et messagerie ayant remporté l’appel d’offres 2024-8171 tenu par le Centre d’acquisitions gouvernementales (CAG), pour couvrir l’excédent de kilométrage sur les routes dédiées et les demandes ponctuelles; celui-ci n’ayant pas été inclus dans le mandat donné au CAG. Le contrat de gré à gré prévu dans la présente demande d’autorisation constitue donc un complément au contrat 2024-8171-12 (le contrat initial) conclu par le CAG et étant entré en vigueur le 2024-06-15. Le kilométrage excédentaire prend effet à partir du 26ième kilomètre par heure pour le transport ponctuel, et à partir du 51ième kilomètre par heure pour la route dédiée, ceci, conformément au devis de l’appel d’offres tenu par le CAG pour ces mêmes services. La surcharge sera donc couverte dans ce complément contractuel. Santé Québec Chaudière-Appalaches n’utilise donc pas la présente disposition dans le but d’éviter la concurrence entre les fournisseurs.
