Description
La Société de Transport de Montréal (STM) possède un réseau Alcatel-Lucent composé d’équipements OmniSwitch et OmniVista qui sont déployés sur des systèmes critiques dédiés à l’exploitation du métro et ses systèmes connexes. La STM souhaite octroyer un contrat de support technique du 3ème niveau ainsi qu’une couverture logicielle complète des mises à jour logicielles pour l’ensemble des équipements Alcatel-Lucent présents sur l’ensemble du réseau d’exploitation.
