    Description
    L’OPTC a pour mission d’assurer, par des modes de transport collectif, la mobilité des personnes dans son territoire, permettant ainsi aux citoyens de mieux vivre la ville de Québec par un transport collectif de qualité et au meilleur coût pour la collectivité. Ce faisant, l’OPTC contribue à un environnement sain et à un aménagement urbain de qualité, tout en soutenant le développement économique, social et culturel de la région.   L’OPTC est à la recherche d’une entreprise pouvant effectuer les travaux visés par le présent Devis, lesquels sont plus amplement détaillés à l’Annexe 0.01.08 A, sans toutefois s’y limiter, relativement à un service d’enlèvement de la neige et du contrôle de la glace, 24 heures par jour, et ce, pour toute la durée du Contrat soit 3 ans. Site à déneiger: Lot#1: Centre Lebourgneuf, situé au 720, rue des Rocailles à Québec. Lot#2: Centre Métrobus, situé au 7555, rue Armand-Viau Nord à Québec.
