Le préachat des tours de refroidissement résultant du présent AO et toutes les actions qui en découlent, seront transféré à l’entrepreneur général qui se verra octroyer le contrat de construction relatif à l’ensemble du projet. Le Fournisseur pour le présent préachat deviendra, alors, le sous‐traitant et Fournisseur de cet entrepreneur. Le transfert du contrat s’effectuera selon les termes de la Convention de novation jointe aux documents d’AO.
