Description
Le RI‐MUHC souhaite acquérir un système de microscope inversé motorisé avec capacités de fluorescence et de sectionnement optique afin de remplacer un ancien système LSM700 de CarlZeiss. Le nouveau système à grand champ avec sectionnement optique doit être capable de générer des images avec une résolution comparable à celle d’un système confocal, afin de permettre aux utilisateurs de poursuivre leurs projets de recherche existants. Le système doit permettre la réutilisation d’anciens composants matériels du LSM, tels que les objectifs  existants et les dispositifs d’incubation.
