La Société des établissements de plein air du Québec (la « Sépaq ») souhaite faire l’acquisition d’une niveleuse (l’« Équipement ») pour la réserve faunique de Port-Cartier-Sept-Îles (l’« Établissement »). Les caractéristiques de l’Équipement sont prévues au Devis de conformité spécifique (annexe A). La livraison de l’Équipement devra être effectuée au 64, route 138, Port-Cartier (Québec) G5B 0B7, au plus tard le 1er septembre 2026.
