Description
Le présent appel d’offres a pour objet d’obtenir divers services professionnels en communication, notamment en déploiement de stratégies de communication spécialisée en planification de campagnes de communication intégrées (médias traditionnels, médias sociaux et plateformes numériques) et conception et réalisation d’outils de communication. La stratégie devra être réfléchie pour se déployer rapidement pour un lancement dès l’été 2026 et sur une période d’un an. Elle aura pour objectif de maintenir et d’augmenter le recrutement d’élèves des programmes menant au diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) des centres de formation professionnelle du CSSTL.
