À titre indicatif, le CISSSME ici représenté par la Direction des services techniques (DST) doit, de manière ponctuelle, réaliser des travaux d’entretien, de réparations et de rénovations fonctionnelles afin de maintenir les bâtiments aux normes et en bon état d’entretien. Ces travaux de maintien d’actif peuvent inclure des mandats de différentes ampleurs en lien avec l’exploitation des installations listées à l’Annexe B. Ces travaux seront effectués dans le cadre d’un contrat à exécution sur demande. Le montant total des travaux est défini de la façon suivante :
