L’Organisme public a besoin de se doter et de mettre en place une SOLUTION de traçabilité pour les dispositifs médicaux afin d’assurer un suivi rigoureux, fiable et conforme des données et des activités liées aux processus de RDM. Ce système doit permettre la collecte, l’enregistrement, la conservation et la consultation sécurisée des informations, tout au long de leur cycle de vie, afin de garantir la traçabilité, la transparence, la conformité réglementaire et la qualité des opérations. La SOLUTION proposée doit permettre la traçabilité complète des dispositifs médicaux (DM), de leur utilisation jusqu’au retraitement final, en passant par la maintenance et la gestion d’inventaire. Elle doit offrir un suivi rigoureux et transparent, garantissant la conformité, la sécurité et l’efficacité opérationnelle.
